Detroit’s Motor City 5’s seismic live debut album, Kick Out the Jams, broke all album release rules. Having successfully torn through the Detroit live scene, the influential, profane and raw power couldn’t be contained back into a studio space. Doing what they do best, the band decided to produce their first album live from their hometown 1969 show at the famed Grande Ballroom. Taking things to a new extreme, the energy was off the charts and shattered genre expectations. Feel the intensity sparked by MC5 when you wear this girlfriend tee, we’re pretty sure it will also be a hit that will never tire.
