We're thrilled to offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $150.
Orders shipping to Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba UNDER $150: Flat rate shipping cost of $10.
Orders shipping to all other Canadian provinces UNDER $150: Flat rate shipping cost of $15
United States Shipping: $20
All other International Shipping: $50
PLEASE NOTE - if your mailing address is a PO Box, you will be contacted via email & will need to pay an additional fee between $10-20 depending on your location & the size of your package
If your package is oversized, you may also need to pay an oversized package fee regardless of your address, and will be contacted via email.
(Please note : To qualify for free Canadian shipping, order must be $150 before tax. Multiple orders cannot be combined to equal $150. We are happy to combine orders for you whenever possible, but one of the orders must total $150 before tax to qualify for free shipping)
SHIPPING INSURANCE
We are thrilled to offer shipping insurance - a package protection solution that gives our customers the best possible delivery experience & peace of mind. Choose to add low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
By deselecting shipping insurance, Twenty Seven Boutique is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to ship out all orders within 48-72 hours pending availability and verification of payment. Please note: Due to high volume during sales, you may experience a 3-5 business day delay in your order being filled.
All orders are shipped Expedited, via Canada Post or Purolator.
IMPORTANT : Please ensure the address you enter is correct. Addresses entered are the customer's responsibility. Incorrect addresses that need to be changed will incur a fee of $15 if the shipping label has already been printed & has to be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, we have no way of changing the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly.
